All our rooms have their own air conditioning, black-out curtains, individual gel and shampoo kit, welcome bottles of water, in addition to having the highest quality cleaning and sanitization provided by our own team.

 Are there cleaning services in the rooms at H-A HOTEL TREBOL?

The cleaning service is daily as well as that of our reception team, available 24 hours in customer service, 7 days a week and from 09:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in person.

 What time can I check in and out of H-A HOTEL TREBOL?

The entrance to the apartments is from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated before 12 noon.

 Who will be there to assist us upon our arrival at the H-A HOTEL TREBOL?

We have customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in person from 09:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week, so the attention and assistance of our staff are assured. Entries outside of these hours will be remote check-in using an access code to the hotel. You can check-in online from the moment you make your reservation through our platform.

Yes, our free UNattended breakfast is served daily from 9 to 12 in the morning in our cafeteria. If you need help, you can ask the receptionist to help you or reposition the food. If you wish, we can also serve breakfast in your apartment.

We do not have our own parking but there is a public parking in front of the hotel. We have discount vouchers for our clients that can be exchanged in the car park. 8 hour, 12 hour or 24 hour vouchers. All have an added cost to the reservation.

 Are there rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility at H-A HOTEL TREBOL?

Although our rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility, we sincerely believe that the hotel is NOT the most appropriate for it due to the size of the rooms.

 Can we get to H-A HOTEL TREBOL by public transport from the María Zambrano station?

From the María Zambrano metro station, you have to walk to Calle Salitre with Jacinto Verdaguer to the bus stop number 7. Take line 7 Galeno-Carlinda (Stop 368). After 3 stops get off at the Alameda Principal- Norte stop. (11 minute drive). Get off at the stop and walk to Calle Moreno Carbonero no. 3 (3 minute drive).
